WHAT ARE CULTURED PEARLS?
Did you know almost 99% of pearls out in the world today are cultured? This means every 1 in 10,000 pearls are natural, all others are cultured (man made). Cultured pearls come from pearl farms a pearl tech carefully places the mother of pearl bead into the issue of the mollusk and the pearl process begin!

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH SHUCKIN’ WITH ELENI?
While we strive for perfection with all of our products we understand that dissatisfaction may occur. Because every item we shuck & ship is custom for each customer we are unable to provide refunds. If you receive a damaged item we will work diligently with you to get that item back and provide a new service.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PEARLS?
The very best way is to wear them! That's right, since pearls are born in water the oils of our skin actually benefit pearls! You can also gently wipe your pearls with a soft cloth. Keep the pearls away from any harmful or harsh chemicals (bleach, perfumes, ammonia, etc.). As with any jewelry please do not sleep, swim or shower with your pearls.
